The Make an Inquiry portlet allows a Candidate to complete and submit an online inquiry or an Admissions Officer/Counselor to complete and submit an online inquiry on behalf of a Candidate.
Inquiry forms are accessed by clicking the appropriate link on the portlet. When you click on a link, the Select Form screen displays a list of inquiry forms that are available to you for submission.
If the institution has your personal information in their database, this setting allows this personal information to automatically populate the form.
From the Make an Inquiry portlet, click the wrench icon to open the Portlet Settings and Preferences screen.
Select the check box on the Preferences tab.
Save.
From the Make an Inquiry portlet, click the appropriate link for the type of inquiry that applies to you.
In the Select Form screen, click the link of the inquiry form you want to submit.
Enter requested information. The following fields are required for submission:
Electronic Mail Address
First Name
Last Name
Click Submit.
A message verifying your submission displays.
Click OK.
