As the Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Employees Engagement and the Title IX Coordinator for Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, I manage and administer all aspects of human resources, employee engagement, payroll, and campus safety.

The work of Human Resources includes strategic business planning; payroll and benefits administration; being up-to-date with employment and higher education laws; employee relations; project management; following higher education and nonprofit trends; and recruiting and onboard exceptional employees. Whistleblower Hotline and Form

If any employee of the Garrett-Evangelical community reasonably believes that some policy, practice, or activity of the Seminary is unethical, questionable, or is in violation of law, we encourage them to share questions, concerns, suggestions, or complaints with the president, except that if such concern is regarding sexual harassment, the reporting should follow our Title IX policy.
