The IT Help Desk provides first-level technical support to all faculty and students at Garrett. We should be your first point of contact for problems in the following areas:

- Software Problems
- Network Problems
- Phone Issues
We're here to provide you with the help you need. If you're having problems, please stop by Shafer Hall Help Desk, located in the Main Building room 721. You can also call us at: 847-866-3928 or dial extension 6-3928 if you are on campus.
The Help Desk hours are listed as follows:
Monday: 9:30am - 4:30pm
Tuesday 9:30am - 4:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30am - 4:30pm
Thursday: 9:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 9:30am - 4:30pm
Saturday and Sunday we are closed.
