All Seminary Employees have the option of living in a Seminary apartment if apartments are available after all students have been housed. Rent payments are made at the beginning of each month by check or payroll deduction. The security deposit and the first month’s payment are ordinarily made before an individual moves into the apartment but, if this is not financially feasible, arrangements may be made with the Business Office.
