Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary is unique in its ability to offer students a wide variety of residential housing options while they complete their theological education. Our apartment building, located mere blocks from campus, and our two residence halls, located on campus, are owned and operated by seminary.
We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the Housing Policies and the Garrett Housing Costs documents. These documents address most of the frequently asked questions we receive.
