To help us process your security deposit refund, please fill out the form below. Please return the form to the Office of Housing and Events in Garrett’s Main Building 106 or send it to garrett.housing@garrett.edu Please note that the refund can take a few weeks and if there is a balance on the account, the deposit will be applied and not returned.

This form is used to complete an inspection of the unit upon moving in and when they move out.  It must be completed within 72 hours after a resident arrives to Garrett housing. 

Interested in parking in our Garrett Maple apartment lot?  Please take a moment to complete the form. Please note this form is only for those that live in our apartments. For those on campus please contact the Housing Office at 847-866-3950 or garrett.housing@garrett.edu. 

This form is to be submitted when your residency with the Garrett community is completed.  The process to return your any refund does not begin until this form is completed and returned to the housing office.  Please note if there are potential concerns with your unit and/or a balance on your account, it can affect your refund.
