This document is for students that live on campus.  It highlights expectations of living in a more traditional communal environment.

This form is used to complete an inspection of the unit upon moving in and when they move out.  It must be completed within 72 hours after a resident arrives to Garrett housing.

This form is to be submitted when your residency with the Garrett community is completed.  The process to return your any refund does not begin until this form is completed and returned to the housing office.  Please note if there are potential concerns with your unit and/or a balance on your account, it can affect your refund.
