Changing Your Address in ADP

  • Click on Myself
  • Then My Information
  • Then Profile
  • Once in the Profile screen look for the "Personal Information" box
  • Select "View More" and a box will appear at the right side of your screen
  • You can enter your new address in the fields provided
  • Select "Save."

PLEASE NOTE, UPDATING YOUR ADDRESS HERE ONLY UPDATES ADP. If you are a benefits-eligible employee, please see the document to the right labeled "Updating Your Home Address @ Garrett" for all of the other places you will need to update your address. As noted in the document, we are working to streamline this throughout 2020 to reduce the number of places you will need to make updates. 

 

Updating Direct Deposit

  • Click on Myself/Pay/Payment Options
  • Then you will see boxes to edit your existing direct deposit information or add a new account

Update your Federal and State Withholdings

  • Click on Myself/Pay/Tax Withholdings
  • You will see a box for Federal W-4 and a box for State W-4. Click the "Edit" button at the bottom of the box you want to update.
  • A menu bar will appear at right and will walk you through the steps to update your form. It is designed as a wizard, so once you enter the information requested by ADP on each screen select "Next." When you reach the final screen it will enable you to view your form and submit it.
  • When the menu bar appears, it also enables you to download a paper form if you prefer to complete the paper form and then enter your edits to your Federal or State W-4 info in ADP. 
  • You will need to check the box next to the certification statement to electronically sign the document.
  • There is an option on this same screen to download your form if you want to have a copy for your records.
  • Then select "Done."
